Not so much for the dangerousness of this sport, but to make learning linear, gradual and as rewarding as possible. This is because, especially at the beginning, in DIY mode, wing foil can be extremely frustrating.<\/p>\n<p>All our instructors did not improvise &#8220;masters&#8221; but tey have followed all the courses necessary to qualify as instructors recognized by the Italian National Olympic Committee (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coni.it\">CONI<\/a>) and by the Italian Sailing Federation (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.federvela.it\/\">FIV<\/a>). Thanks to this preparation they are able to bring anyone to autonomy in this sport. We are located in Dervio, at the Port of Santa Cecilia, on the famous Lake Como where there are the best wind conditions in all of northern Italy. Close to Milan, Lecco, Como, Lugano, Bergamo and Sondrio. We also have a &#8220;pick-up point&#8221; on the other side of the lake in Santa Maria di Rezzonico at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/BEACH+29+Bar+Pizzeria+Griglieria\/@46.0658108,9.2703344,15z\/data=!4m14!1m7!3m6!1s0x47843e08fcf78973:0x6fa34d204bc01268!2sBEACH+29+Bar+Pizzeria+Griglieria!8m2!3d46.0658108!4d9.2703344!16s%2Fg%2F11b_2g72j3!3m5!1s0x47843e08fcf78973:0x6fa34d204bc01268!8m2!3d46.0658108!4d9.2703344!16s%2Fg%2F11b_2g72j3\">Beach 29<\/a> bar for those arriving from Switzerland or Como.<\/p>\n<h4>Here the wind (La Breva) blows strongly from April to September every afternoon from 12 to 19 and is the best wind to learn this sport because it is constant and without gusts. Not too strong and not too weak; in other words it&#8217;s perfect!<\/h4>\n<p>Our school is a sports association affiliated to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uisp.it\">UISP<\/a> and this guarantees you maximum protection when you are learning or practicing this sport with us. All our students and all our practitioners MUST necessarily join our school at a cost of only \u20ac 35 per calendar year guaranteeing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uisp.it\/nazionale\/pagina\/soci-e-assicurazione\">insurance<\/a> protection against claims such as accidents, serious events and claims. This is because it allows us not to have problems with equipment that breaks and for this reason it never happens that we have to interrupt the lesson due to a breakage. We provide you with everything you need: wetsuit, floating jacket, helmet with radio, board and Wing. The use of the radio allows the instructor to communicate with the student in the water without having to scream. Hearing an instructor who does not scream puts the student at ease so that he can focus only on the exercises given by the instructor.<\/p>\n<h4>We also have a boat and a dinghy to follow the students and the lifts in the water.<\/h4>\n<p>Duration of the lesson: the actual duration of the lesson is one hour from the moment the student is placed in the water.
